In the CLEVELAND PLAIN DEALER, Brandon Wright writes "LeBron James underwent an MRI today at the Cleveland Clinic Toronto and it confirmed that James has a left index finger sprain. James is listed as day-to-day. He will be a game-time decision for Friday's game against the Toronto Raptors. James suffered the injury late in the second quarter against the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday. Pistons' center Nazr Mohammed slapped down on James' hand when James was driving to the basket.
