Winning three games in a row has been a curse for the Yankees so far this season. The Yankees' longest winning streak of the season has been three games, which has been accomplished three times. The two times they won three games in a row in April - April 14-16 and April 20-23 - they followed with three consecutive losses. Wednesday night at the Stadium, the Yankees lost their second consecutive game to the Indians, 3-0. Chien-Ming Wang picked up his first loss of the season, although he pitched very well. Clevelands pitcher, Cliff Lee shutout the Yankees, and continued his hot start.
