Cliff Lee won his AL-best 18th victory and seventh straight decision, backed by Grady Sizemore's career-high seven RBIs, as Cleveland Indians beat the Kansas City Royals 10-3 on Thursday. Lee (18-2), the Cy Young award front-runner, allowed three runs -- two earned -- and six hits in seven innings. The left-hander struck out seven and induced four double plays.
