Lenhart's MLS career delays charity work

The finger-in-the-light-socket golden Afro is gone, but the free-spirited rookie forward assures everyone he is still the same Steven Lenhart. That's good news for the Columbus Crew -- and possibly the people of the African nation of Zambia that he desperately wants to help.

This past weekend, Simon's former teammate Steven Lenhart came on as a substitute in only his second MLS game with the Columbus Crew. He scored in the game against the L.A. Galaxy which ended tied 3-3. Lenhart has altruistic goals when his professional career is over. One of which is Acirfa which operates out of Zambia.
