Tampa Bay just won the NHL draft lottery and the right to select center Steven Stamkos, the best player in this summer's draft. From TSN: Stamkos scored 58 goals in 61 games with the OHL's Sarnia Sting this season. He also helped Canada win gold at the World Junior Championship.
