Major League Baseball wanted to send off Yankee Stadium with a big bang in the final All-Star Game to be played there. They may have gotten a little more then they bargained for as it took 15 innings to finish the game but in the end it was the American League All-Stars who come out on top 4-3 over the National League All-Stars.
