Lopez powers Mariners to win over A's

 
Rookie catcher Rob Johnson hit his first Major League home run and first baseman Jose Lopez went deep twice on Friday night, powering the Mariners to a 10-8 victory over the Athletics in front of 24,662 at Safeco Field. (link)
