LOS ANGELES -- Aramis Ramirez was batting in the sixth inning, and Cubs manager Lou Piniella was distracted. He had every reason to avoid watching another sorry Ramirez at-bat, but Piniella was engaged in a heated shouting match with a fan wearing a vintage Cubs jersey behind the visitors dugout at Dodger Stadium.
