Friday night will mark the return of Dodgers superstar Manny Ramirez. Thus far Ramirez is the biggest name to serve a 50-game suspension after testing positive for a performance enhancing drug back in early May. While out of the lineup the Dodgers have been able to maintain a six game lead out in the NL West. Manny Ramirez lost over $7 million as a result of his steroids suspension. He was putting up solid numbers in the beginning of the season hitting .348 with 6 HR and 22 RBI. He is the go to guy in the lineup whenever a big hit is needed. Although Juan Pierre has filled in and produced as well, having Manny's bat back in the lineup should be a welcomed scene. After all the allegation of how Ramirez tested positive for steroids involved a medical prescription by his doctor regarding a personal health issue. This year has brought forth baseball two highest paid players admittance to steroid use. First it was Alex Rodriguez and then it was Manny Ramirez. ...
