Once again, not much movement but a couple replacements at the bottom. First of all I congratulate Mt. St. Mary's and their coach Milan Brown who was a high school classmate of yours truly.  I attended Kecoughtan High School for a year in Hampton, Virginia where Milan plied his trade on the court before starting at Howard.
