Marking Time: Cardinals News As Spring Training Approaches

 
Cross another day off the calendar.  Next Saturday can't get here soon enough, can it? Brian Walton at The Cardinal Nation has up the TV and radio schedule for spring training .  Quite a number of games on the radio, which is very good.  I always enjoy firing up the XM radio at work and listening to the sounds of Florida. An Astros beat writer publishing an article in the Sporting News likes the Cards over the Cubs this year .  Lots of ifs and buts and caveats, but I also think the Cards might be a little under the radar this spring.  I'm not quite to the level of proclaiming them the favorite for the division, but they should be a contender.
