When I hear some of the trade rumors supposedly circling around the NBA, it makes me sick to my stomach.
While I would not be reluctant to the idea of trading Tracy McGrady away for some legitimate backup players, packaging him with some combination of Brooks, Landry, Scola or Battier would only make fans angry.
Recent rumors have surfaced that there are "serious talks" between the Rockets and Suns that would send Amar'e Stoudemire, Goran Dragic, and Alando Tucker for McGrady and Aaron Brooks.
This trade would make me livid. The Rockets would certainly be getting a superstar who could hold his own and make the Rockets' frontcourt the best in the NBA, but they would not be getting much else in return and would more than likely buy out the other two players included in the deal.
With the NBA draft about to begin, there is another rumor that the Rockets are trying to move into the draft and pick in place of the Thunder or the Grizzlies. In order to pull off this miracle, they would more than ...
