PHILADELPHIA - There was a slight delay before the Mets
took the field for the bottom of the ninth Friday night as manager Jerry Manuel decided exactly who was headed where. And with the score still tied at 2, everyone at Citizens Bank Park craned their necks toward the visitor's dugout, trying to see if Johan Santana would trot back to the mound.
