The Miami Dolphins signed cornerback Joey Thomas on Friday.
Thomas was a third-round draft pick in 2004 by Green Bay, where he spent his entire rookie season. He spent part of 2005 with the New Orleans Saints, and was with the Dallas Cowboys during training camp last season.
The 27-year-old former Montana State player has appeared in 25 games overall, with 31 tackles on defense and seven more on special teams.
