Michael Beasley is a one of a kind freshman to come out of the Big 12. He is averaging 26.5 points and 12.5 rebounds a game, all while leading Kansas State to a 20-10 record and high hopes for March Madness. He even looks like the consensus no.1 pick. But what makes him the biggest freshman to come out since last year, when the biggest debate was Greg Oden or Kevin Durant? Michael Beasley Positives: Great athlete with long arms. Deep, deep range on his jump shot. Excellent hands. Amazing rebounder. Will score on you inside and out. Uses power in the post combined with excellent leaping ability.
