Whenever Rich Rodriquez became the head coach of the Michigan Wolverines, it wasn’t a matter of if Ryan Mallett would transfer, but more a matter of when. Ryan Mallett, who just finished his freshman season as a Michigan backup quarterback, is transferring to Arkansas, according to an Arkansas newspaper. Mario Manningham confirmed Monday he has entered the NFL draft. "It was a hard decision, but after discussing it with my family it was the right one for me to make right now," Manningham said in an interview with The Associated Press, while driving home to Ohio.
