College Football Recruiting is a year round process; calls are made, visits are scheduled and letters are signed. With each recruit signed comes anticipation and excitement. For the Big Ten Conference there was no bigger competition then between heated rivals Michigan and Ohio State.
With new coach Rich Rod at the helm, Michigan instantly became in the running for Rivals.com's top recruit Terrell Pryor, a running quarterback with little more than a Nerf gun for an arm. I mean seriously, he completed three quarters of his passes in the state title game. None the less he chose to attend THE Ohio State University, and who can blame him? Terrelle Pryor was just one of four other 5 star recruits Ohio State signed making them the top dog in recruiting for the Big Ten.
Even with their already tremendous defense, Ohio State built up by recruiting two 4 star linebackers and a 4 star corner. If a scrambling quarterback like Pryor was already hard to tackle, try pairing him with two 5 star o-linemen ...
