Ken Griffey Jr. is closing in on another milestone but the timing of Alex Rodriguez's next step up the all-time home run list could be significant. Griffey is sixth on the list after hitting homer No. 595 in the Cincinnati Reds' loss Tuesday at Chicago. Next stop after passing 600 is Sammy Sosa at 609. [link]
