Dane Sardinha hit a two-run triple for his first major league hit to rally the Tigers to a 4-3 win over the woeful Colorado Rockies Sunday, giving Detroit a three-game sweep. Detroit has won its fifth straight and 15th in its last 18.

Last night, Magglio Ordonez left the game early with a pulled oblique. After reporting to the club today with more pain, Detroit immediately placed Ordonez on the 15-day disabled list with the right oblique injury.
