Two-time defending MLS Cup champions Houston Dynamo heads Group B, and two MLS teams could find themselves in Group C. --- Should Chivas USA win their preliminary series, they will be placed in Group D. --- The tournament kicks off September 16 at RFK Stadium in D.C.
