Steve Nash scored 5 consecutive points (a nice 3-pointer and a left handed lay-up) to give the Suns (4-2) the lead for good 101-98 with 2 minutes to go as Phoenix beat winless Miami 106-101. Nash scored 14 of his 30 points, including 11 straight, in the fourth quarter as he took over the game.

It’s Barbosa doing magic as Suns beat Orlando 106-96.

The Phoenix Suns (5-2) completed their Southeast road trip with a 3-1 record, winning back to back games in Florida after losing in Atlanta early in the week with a convincing 106-96 win in Orlando. Winning three on the trip has to be considered a great success and I am really looking forward to next week as the Suns will play a couple of contenders in the Bulls and the Rockets.
