People have made free throw routines almost as if they have an Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. They put the ball over their head, spin the ball, dribble the ball, kiss the ball, and some even pray to the basketball gods to try and heightened their chance of making the free throw.
Some have made free throw shooting second nature, but this slide show isn't about them. It's about my all-time worst free throw shooters of the history of the NBA.
