NBA Waiver Wire: Week Five

 
Hello, folks, and welcome to a "Power Outage Edition" of this week's Waiver Wire, where only on an island in the middle of nowhere can you lose power and cell phone service for three days in perfect weather.  Well, such is life, and my understanding is that I'm missing the first snow of the year by being down here, so it's a tradeoff I'm willing to make. I have been able, however, to keep abreast of the situation in the NBA; therefore, this week's Waiver Wire, although a bit tardy, should be as helpful as ever.  We're just about a month into the season, and role players are starting to define said roles. They're also starting to establish themselves, fantasy-wise. It's important to note the percentage of ownership, however. Some of these players are being snatched up at a pretty good clip, so you may have to act more quickly now than you would normally later in the season.  These players are here to help you fix an underperforming draft choice or two, so let's take a look at this ...
