Chris Douglas-Roberts scored with 2:31 left to break a 60-all tie, and top-ranked Memphis remained the country's only undefeated team Saturday by pulling out a 70-64 victory over Texas-El Paso. The Tigers (21-0, 7-0 Conference USA) are enjoying their best start ever, topping the 20-win start by the 1985-86 squad.

The number 1 team in College Basketball, the Memphis Tigers, expected to have an easier game today against the Texas-El Paso Miners but they got all they could handle.
