Under terms of a deferred prosecution agreement, if Joakim Noah agrees to pay $50 for the cost of prosecution and make a $150 donation to Project Payback a local charity, and if he doesnt violate any federal, state or local laws in the next six months, recent charges will be dropped, the Sun-Times has learned. This is a program we have for first-time offenders charged with misdemeanors, said the chief investigator.
