Former New England Revolution forward Pat Noonan was traded to the Columbus Crew on Wednesday after re-signing with Major League Soccer. In exchange for trading Noonan's rights, the Revolution received money for acquiring future players and the Crew's first-round selection in the 2009 MLS SuperDraft.
