Notes: Guillen suspension to be lifted?

Royals right fielder Jose Guillen is facing a 15-day suspension for violating baseball's drug policy. But a recent report suggests that Guillen and the 88 others named in the Mitchell report might be given a clean slate by Commissioner Bud Selig.
