The Oakland Raiders have come to terms with wide receiver Drew Carter on a one year deal that is believed to be worth $2 million. This addition gives the Raiders another speedy downfield threat to match with JaMarcus Russell’s cannon arm. The Oakland Raiders continued their pursuit of finding weapons to put around franchise quarterback JaMarcus Russell as they signed wide receiver Drew Carter to a one-year deal worth $2 million yesterday. Earlier in free agency, the Raiders picked up former Pro Bowler Javon Walker to help with the passing game. Joel Segal , Carter's agent, first made the deal public.
