Nate Schierholtz declined to join the 23 Olympians honored Friday during the Giants' Olympic Night pregame celebration. In a way, he didn't need to do so. During the Giants' series finale Wednesday in Denver against the Colorado Rockies, Schierholtz received a taste of what his status as an Olympian meant.
