September's still a week away, but that doesn't mean the Orioles haven't pondered how to handle the roster expansion. Manager Dave Trembley held forth on the plans for a variety of subjects on Sunday, including the fate of top prospect Matt Wieters, the progression of pitcher-turned-hitter Adam Loewen and the positions that will be affected by September callups.
