Looks like Devin Thomas - the one WR who most teams could see going at 21 - could be gone to Philly or Tampa - both have a need there and he's a great West Coast fit. Tampa could Jenkins as well, as he's one of the top guys available on the overall board, though Philly not likely to take a corner there at all, given them signign Samuel and shpping Sheppard.
