Pats seem to think they're still undefeated

 
Someone ought to tell Robert Kraft that his team lost. He must have missed the memo because Kraft and his New England Patriots are apparently still trying to trademark the phrase “19-0” and “19-0 The Perfect Season,” according to TheSmokingGun.com , even though they actually went 18-1 and, you know, that’s not actually perfect. According to the story, the Pats amended their trademark application on April 11, which would seem to indicate they’re still interested in it. I suppose this makes a little more sense than, say, the Oakland Raiders trying to trademark “19-0,” but wouldn’t you think they’d actually have to do it to get the trademark? I’m no trademark lawyer, but wouldn’t you think they’d now only be able to trademark “18-1?” My favorite part of the application, by the way, is where they list the things they’d stamp “19-0” on.
