Paul Lo Duca decides to fly with Nats

Paul Lo Duca will be back at Shea on April 23 - as a Washington National. The fiery catcher reportedly has agreed to a one-year deal to join Manny Acta, Lastings Milledge and Jesus Flores in D.C. The Mets showed little interest in bringing back Lo Duca.
