Pax cautions against Rosy assumptions

Immediately after the Bulls defied the odds and came away with the No. 1 pick during the NBAs draft lottery Tuesday night, it was assumed by media, fans and even a few league insiders the choice would be Memphis point guard (and Chicagoan) Derrick Rose.
