The NBA finally released the indepedent investigation into the its gambling and officiating program on Thursday morning. Lawrence Pedowitz, a former Chief of the Criminal Division in the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, conducted a 14-month investigation and made extensive recommendations in 116-page report to improve the league's anti-gambling rules and officiating program.
