Penner finally producing for Oilers

Sporting News staff reports It hasn't always been smooth since Dustin Penner signed a four-year deal worth $21.25 million to join the Edmonton Oilers, but he's clicking under new coach Pat Burns. He had seven goals in his first nine games this season and is someone the Canucks will have to focus on when Edmonton visits Vancouver tonight. Penner has lost weight and his confidence is back. "Confidence is a big thing," Calgary Flames defenseman Cory Sarich told Sun Media. "He had it two or three years ago, before he came to Edmonton and now he seems to have found it again.
