Peyton Manning Racks Up More Milestones

It seems like week after week Peyton Manning is setting some sort of milestone. After all, that's not so hard to do when you've been on a record setting pace in your entire 11-year career. With a victory over the Bengals last Sunday, Peyton has now led the Colts to a ninth winning season in his 11 years of play. Worst case scenario, the Colts finish 9-7. Best case scenario, the Colts finish 12-4 (and that's not too far-fetched). Manning also eclipsed the 3,000 yard passing mark for the 11th time in his 11-year career. The production of Peyton Manning during his career is almost unfathomable. He also looks to be on pace for his ninth Pro Bowl selection. The record is 10 Pro Bowl selections at the quarterback position. So for, a quarterback to go to the Pro Bowl in nine out of his 11 seasons is a mark of stability and production unlike anything this league has ever seen before. Do not be surprised to see even more milestones passed in the coming weeks. (link)
