The city of Brotherly Love, home to the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers. Also the Philadelphia 76ers. Since the departure of Allen Iverson, the 76ers haven't been successful as they are now, with wins over Western Conference powers Phoenix and Dallas. Philadelphia undoubtedly deserves some respect. No one talks about Philly, and all the talk about in the Eastern Conference goes to Boston, Detroit, and Cleveland. Even the less talented teams of the east receive more publicity than the Sixers. Never mind their below .500 record (28-33), because they still hold a spot in the playoffs. As of today they hold the seventh seed in Eastern Conference, and they are only two and a half games away from the Washington Wizards—who hold the sixth spot. Well, I am taking the initiative of promoting this overlooked squad today while at the same time focus on what has made this team run around. 1.
