In the quiet of the stunned Staples Center, Paul Pierce finally peeked at the scoreboard in triumph.
Flexing his arms after beating the team he grew up idolizing, Pierce celebrated leading Boston back from an unprecedented deficit to a 97-91 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 4 of the NBA finals Thursday night.

You know Paul Pierce and Ray Allen are going to get their due for taking this game over and rightfully so, I just hope that Eddie House does too. It didn't always look it, but Rondo's injury must have been bothering him on some level because the team just wasn't clicking with him in the lineup.
