Todd Collins threw two touchdown passes and Clinton Portis even tossed one, too, to lead the Washington Redskins to a 22-0 lead over the mistake-prone Minnesota Vikings through the first half Sunday night. Antwaan Randle El caught a 15-yard option pass from Portis in the final minute, the finishing touch on a lopsided 30 minutes.
