Plenty of pregame tidbits: • Jerry Manuel feels comfortable enough with Ryan Church’s health to pronounce him capable of playing full time in right field. That means Daniel Murphy, Nick Evans and Fernando Tatis will have to split the duties in left field. Look for Murphy to face righties, and Evans and Tatis to split the lefties. Manuel said Tatis is better suited to face a crafty lefty like tonight’s opponent, Jamie Moyer. Evans is more suited for, say, the Marlins’ Scott Olsen, the interim manager said. • Manuel said he’ll ride Mike Pelfrey for the rest of the season, even if it means blowing away his previous high innings count. The interim manager understands that may increase the risk of injury, but said about winning a championship: “There’ll be some damage to some folks, but that’s the sacrifice.
