Albert Pujols said in a radio interview that he wants to play for the St. Louis Cardinals for the rest of his career, clearing up remarks from he made earlier this month.
In the interview a few weeks ago with a Dominican radio station, the two-time NL MVP had said he was in no hurry to sign a contract extension. He has one year left on his contract plus an option year and said then he wanted the Cardinals to concentrate on signing Matt Holliday and other free agents first.
