ALAMEDA, Calif. -- Lane Kiffin had a long list when asked what rookie quarterback JaMarcus Russell needed to improve on after struggling in the first extensive playing time of his NFL career.

I am not knocking him, he is a rookie and it was his first extended playing time and the Jags are a very good defense. He has to take his lumps, and hopefully this game helps him get them out of the way.
