Manny Ramirez has hit his first home run since his return from a 50-game suspension for violating baseball's drug policy. The Los Angeles Dodgers slugger drove a 1-2 changeup from San Diego's Josh Geer an estimated 369 feet into the seats in left field at Petco Park with two outs in the first inning Saturday.
