Jesus Ramirez looked like the coach of Mexico's national team. He directed his players through drills. He had them huddle around him after practice. He sounded like the coach, too. He said "we expect to win" -- not just Wednesday night's friendly match against China that is Ramirez's debut as interim manager, but the rest of the team's tour of the United States and in World Cup qualifying that begins...
