Marc Bulger will start at quarterback for the Rams in their game Sunday against the Green Bay Packers after missing two games with a concussion.
Gus Frerotte will be his backup, coach Scott Linehan said. Frerotte had been sidelined with a partially torn labrum in his throwing shoulder that he injured a week before Bulger's concussion.
