Ranking The BCS Conferences By Position (PT. 1, QUARTERBACKS)

Much discussion goes into which conference is the best in the land.  Fans will defend their conference as much as their team in this era of BCS conferences.  While I will not argue for the strength of these conferences as a whole, I will attempt to distinguish the BCS conferences based on their offensive and defensive units.  I have not seen any articles do such a thing so hopefully this will be a bit refreshing to the readers out there.  Without further ado, I give you my BCS conference ranking for quarterbacks: QUARTERBACKS 1.
