Much discussion goes into which conference is the best in the land. Fans will defend their conference as much as their team in this era of BCS conferences. While I will not argue for the strength of these conferences as a whole, I will attempt to distinguish the BCS conferences based on their offensive and defensive units. I have not seen any articles do such a thing so hopefully this will be a bit refreshing to the readers out there. Without further ado, I give you my BCS conference ranking for quarterbacks:
QUARTERBACKS
1. BIG 12
2. PAC 10
3. BIG 10
4. SEC
5. BIG EAST
6. ACC
With a little insight as to why I ranked them where I did:
BIG 12:
5 Star: Chase Daniel (Missouri), Graham Harrell (Texas Tech)
4 Star: Sam Bradford (Oklahoma), Todd Reesing (Kansas), Colt McCoy (Texas)
3 Star: Zac Robinson (Oklahoma St.), Josh Freeman (Kansas St)
PAC-10:
5 Star: None
4 Star: Jake Locker (Washington), Rudy Carpenter (ASU), Willie Tuitama ...

Big East looking good in the pre-season poll
