There was a power outage and a close call before the Houston Dynamo settled for a 0-0 tie with the Colorado Rapids on Saturday night. The two-time MLS defending champion Dynamo (4-4-6) thought they had a goal in the 78th minute when Brian Ching sent a rebound into an empty net. But Ching, who got the ball after Brad Davis' free kick was stopped, was ruled offsides.
