Real Madrid have announced they will let Robinho go to Chelsea if he wants to leave the Spanish club.
Robinho has made his intentions clear, he wants to join Chelsea, "as soon as possible."
"Real Madrid would never want to retain a player against his wishes and as a result they have no alternative but to accept his unilateral decision to rescind his contract if that is what the player wants," read the Spanish champions' statement.
Robinho praised Scolari and the Blues and revealed it was his dream to play in the Premier League.
This comes amidst reports that Chelsea have upped their bid for Real Madrid's Robinho by £4 million, to £28.4 million.
It appears we have another high profile transfer in the making here.
