Reality show doesn't faze this team

FOXBOROUGH - No, they're not invincible. But they definitely know what they're doing. Looking back, those first 10 Patriots games, with the exception, of course, of the Colts game, were a joke, a travesty, a mockery of football. It was fun, sure, and they certainly had us all swooning over the ridiculous numbers, whether it was Tom Brady's touchdown passes, ...

BREAKING: Chargers to face the Patriots in AFC Championship Game!
theticketlodge.com 1/13/2008 — Well the Colts fell to the San Diego Chargers and that means, Phillip Rivers and company will travel to Boston to face the Undefeated New England Patriots. With LaDainian Tomlinson a bit banged up do they have a chance? Can a team with Norv Turner running the offense defeat perhaps the greatest team in NFL history? There is only one way to find out... get tickets to the game!

Patriots 31, Jaguars 20 - What We Learned
sportsofboston.com 1/13/2008 — David Garrard played outstanding, but Tom Brady had a game for the ages on Saturday. (Courtesy of NFL.com) Well the Patriots didn’t obliterate the Jags like many predicted (though I was only a TD away from a perfect prediction) but in the end the Pats were never really in danger of losing Saturday night.

No Tomlinson, No Rivers, No Problem
FanIQ.com 1/14/2008 — That is to say, no problem for the Chargers this afternoon as they upset the Indianapolis Colts. However, if San Diego goes into Foxboro next weekend without, or with a damaged LaDainian Tomlinson, Philip Rivers and Antonio Gates they're going to be in all kinds of trouble. Might as well go ahead and chalk up New England in the Super Bowl if you hadn't already done that after Week 9.

nflgridirongab.com 1/14/2008 — I think it is safe to assume the following: that the Indianapolis Colts will not repeat as Super Bowl Champions, and that the San Diego Chargers are a team that the New England Patriots better take very, very seriously. Even without running back LaDanian Tomlinson and quarterback Philip Rivers plus some stout pass rushing, the Chargers managed to find their way into the win column Sunday, upsettin
